Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tentini Rentals (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all rentals and services provided by Tentini Rentals through our website tentinirentals.com or in-person transactions.
By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Reservation and Down Payment
A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to reserve equipment and secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Down payments are non-refundable under any circumstance, but reservations can be rescheduled if the new date is available.
Any event booked after April 1, 2020, remains non-refundable even in cases of pandemic, quarantine, or government-mandated shutdowns. However, you may apply the deposit toward a future rescheduled event, subject to availability.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
All cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email.
Cancellations made after delivery or setup are not eligible for credit or refund.
If you wish to reschedule, we’ll make every effort to accommodate your new date, but availability is not guaranteed.
3. Damage Waiver
Tentini Rentals offers an optional Damage Waiver, which protects against accidental damage or damage from natural events (e.g., wind, rain, tree branches).
The waiver does not cover negligence, abuse, theft, or lost items.
If you wish to decline the Damage Waiver, please notify us in writing before delivery. You will then be responsible for the full replacement cost of any damaged or missing items.
4. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery times are typically arranged the Monday before your event.
We do not deliver to Airbnbs, public parks, or similar locations. If we discover after booking that your event is at one of these restricted locations, your order will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Setup and breakdown times depend on scheduling and weather conditions.
The customer must ensure the event area is ready, cleared, and accessible at the scheduled delivery time.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The renter must be present at delivery or have a designated representative to sign off on the equipment condition.
Once delivery is complete, all equipment is the customer’s responsibility until pickup.
Please do not move tents or heavy equipment after setup.
All items must be returned clean and in good condition unless cleaning services are included in your quote.
6. Weather Policy
Tents and rental equipment provide limited protection against weather.
Severe wind, lightning, or extreme conditions can make tents unsafe. Tentini Rentals reserves the right to refuse setup or dismantle early if conditions are dangerous.
We are not liable for weather-related cancellations or damages once equipment is delivered and accepted by the customer.
7. Equipment Damage or Loss
The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period.
Missing or broken items will be billed at full replacement cost.
Equipment must remain at the original delivery location unless approved by Tentini Rentals.
8. Liability
Tentini Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your event.
The customer assumes all liability once equipment is in their possession.
By renting from Tentini Rentals, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tentini Rentals, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses related to your event or equipment use.
9. Payments
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or approved electronic payment.
Returned checks or failed payments may incur additional fees.
Prices are subject to change without notice until a deposit is received.
10. Photography and Marketing
Tentini Rentals may take photos of event setups for marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to have your event featured in promotional materials, please notify us in writing prior to delivery.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, fire, flood, labor disputes, or government orders.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
